Lift owners have a responsibility and a legal obligation to ensure that their lifts are well maintained and safe to use. It is essential that lifts are regularly serviced as per the manufacturers recommendations. The Lift Management Difference
Here at Lift Management we pride ourselves on our technical capability. We are able to find faults quickly and efficiently resulting in lower costs for the customer. Our service agreements can be terminated with just 3 months notice, unlike most others which require often need a year to cancel. If you are not happy with what we do, you are not tied to us. We can tailor agreements to suit the individual.
Breakdown Callouts
We provide a 24 hour 365 day callout service at below industry average rates, with above industry average service. We have a fixed minimum charge which includes travel to site and the first hour on site. We have excellent technical capability which means that most faults are found and rectified within the first hour. The minimum charge is usually all you have to pay. We very rarely get repeat calls for the same problem and in the rare instances that we do there is no charge for the follow up call. We know that it is quite common for a company to "fix" a fault only for it to happen again multiple times, each time sending another invoice.
Lift Refurbishment & Modernisation
When your lift becomes worn and unreliable, you will often be told you need a complete new lift. This is very rarely true. Most of an installation will still typically have plenty of life left once your controller is obsolete or your gear/motor is worn. We specialise in replacing only the parts that need replacing to give years of reliable service. To see some examples of typical jobs we have completed click here
If you have been told that you need expensive repairs and would like another opinion, we offer a low fixed price consultancy service. We will come to site and evaluate the condition of the major components. You will get a report detailing what, if anything needs to be replaced immediately, and for parts that are serviceable an estimate of service life left. We can also advise on roughly what you should expect replacement to cost.
Lift Installation
We now offer new lift installation. We have access to a range of high quality and reliable package lifts from small personal lifts, various size passenger lifts and goods lifts in a wide range of finishes and specification. We chose our supplier carefully. They offer an excellent product with after sales backup second to none and readily available spare parts. Our new lifts have open protocol control systems which means that they can be serviced by any lift company without the need of special tools. ALL of the larger manufacturers have there own in house software systems which mean you will be tied to them for the life of the lift in most cases, at extremely high cost.
